- 1. Introduction. Ex HORIZON is an infantry-based experimentation exercise taking place at Sennybridge Training Area (SENTA) between 2 Aug – 6 Aug 21. Ex HORIZON will involve a total of 40 exercising troops, industry and additional MAB units. Key outputs will inform future SOPs and TTPs of MAB 7 infantry skillsets. A comprehensive list of stakeholders can be seen in para 9.
- 2. Aim. The Aim of Ex HORIZON is to integrate robotics and autonomous systems at the platoon level in order to reduce risk, enhance collective performance and innovate new and novel tactics, techniques and procedures.
